I had been looking forward to this show. I thought Russian MM would be the best in dancing since the Russian Federation is fomous for ballet and synchronized swimming and so on. It took me more than a month to get entry visa to Russia. Thanks to a Russian girl, I've got this premiere ticket and was there. To bad it started raining.

And many ABBA fan were waiting for appearance of member of ABBA, wishing to meet them. We were surprised to see "Blue carpet" in stead of Red carpet.

Of course I did. Thinking that I would not be able to talk to him under maximum security, I've already entered into the door before the metal detector and waited for Bjorn.

So I talked to Bjorn about MM in Osaka and he was kindly to reply he would come to Japan again. I know it is impossible but was happy to hear him saying that. I was also happy to think I could shake hands with this important figure. I heard Frida was comming and believe it. But it was almost 10 minutes before the time show starting and I gave up her appearance. The screen on the stage in MDM theatre was ordinary size not huge one like that of Beatrix theatre. I found it was already 7:40. Some of audience were clapping their hands. Suddenly Frida appeared and sat down in a vip seat which 3rd row behind my seat. But I could not find where she was. The show started at last. I found new performances just like "faces' position in performance of Mamma Mia". Singing in English words were not too much. Even the word "Honey Honey" and "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!" were song in Russian. I cannot describe enough since I missed buying programme (Were they out of stock?). I thought a big applaud would be in "Money Money Money", only I know thing about this country is that "Money Money Money" was a big hit in USSR against the times.

Hi Mr.Paul, who are god in great performance!. I am looking forward to the picture of mine there. Plus please let me know correct English.

The audience there was so exited and applauded even in the performance of "Mamma Mia" and "S.O.S.". I am very interesting to see MM in verious languages, besides in those mood of "premiere".

Curtain call was a special one!. Mrs. CATHERINE JOHNSON's birthday!!. We all sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU. I really thank to her. Through MM I made friends with many people overseas as well as people in Japan. Now I have much stories about Mamma Mia!.

Thanks to Russian ABBA fans I could meet Frida next day. Frida stared back at me in amazing when I talked to. She said, "Are you --- I forgot some words --- Japanese who saw Mamma Mia more than 200 times?.". I was so surprised to her saying that and asked her. "How do you know that?. Oh Frida, is this a dream?.". She said, "--- I forgot some words --- remember American girl?.". And I saw why. Oh, thanks to an American celebrity who sat next to me at the premiere I could make a friendly conversation with Frida. Anyway only a few Russian fans and I had a womderful time there?.

Russian ABBA fans were calmly and polite. They were so kindly to bring me to great historical places though they are busy and it was cold outside. My image of Russian people has changed at all. Now I miss them.
